Bluff House is a luxury villa with private, direct access to the legendary Sandy Lane beach. Set in over an acre of mature tropical gardens, this property has recently been enlarged and beautifully furnished throughout.

Within the villa itself, an impressive coral stone hallway leads onto elegant areas ideal for socializing or relaxing. A wonderfully stylish entertaining space has been newly created among lush tropical plans at the center of the house. This innovative area flows directly onto the pool deck, affording glorious views through the palms to the sea beyond.

In turn, the perfect place to unwind is provided in the form of a tastefully decorated sitting room equipped with TV, satellite, video and stereo facilities. Adjoining the sitting room is a formal indoor dining area, with a beautiful coral stone dining table as its centerpiece. For more informal dining, this room opens onto a covered veranda with a glorious views of the ground as a backdrop.

Six stylishly decorated double air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom and telephone, provide ample accommodation for guests. The master bedroom opens onto an expansive terrace, with views of the garden and the sea beyond, while the other bedrooms open directly onto the grounds. There is also a 2-bedroom cottage in the grounds which can be rented, increasing accommodation to 14 people.
