Amaryllis is a luxurious 5-bedroom residence, located in a stunning waterfront location on the Simpson Bay lagoon, featuring its own boat dock and private pool overlooking the lagoon and the French Lowlands in the distance.

The 3-level property offers dazzling white interiors, with the main level featuring an expansive living area with glass sliding doors opening out to a plush outside living and dining area, private pool and sun deck.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar and is open to the living room and the outside dining area on the pool terrace.

The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms, with the main suite located on the upper floor featuring a Queen size bed, an adjoining bathroom, walk-in closet and a private terrace overlooking the pool and lagoon.

The main level hosts the 2^nd bedroom also with Queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The remaining 3 bedrooms are situated on the lower level: two have their own terraces and en-suite bathrooms and the 5^th bedroom has its own independent access.

The private pool terrace running the length of the villa is the perfect spot where you can relax and admire beautiful sunsets over the lagoon and the island’s mountains in the distance.

Also, you can walk out the front door and take the boat out for a day, which is a huge bonus to renting this villa! The boat is a MJM 34Z, registered for 10 persons and renting it comes on a fair rate that includes insurance and a Captain who can take you around St. Martin, Anguilla or even St. Barts.

The villa is located in a gated residence just minutes from Maho, the island’s popular spot for nightlife and casinos and is close to the beautiful white sand beaches of Mullet Bay and Cupecoy.
